Packing
Generally, there are three main choices for packing:
Full Packing Service – If required, we can pack everything for you. This means that your home remains ‘lived in’ until the day before your move. We often pack and part load the day before, taking the strain off of the moving day.
Part Packing Service – We can provide a part packing service to suit your preferences. This might be packing the breakables, the kitchen, a particular cabinet of special china & glass, just the books or any combination you require.
D.I.Y Packing – If you choose to pack your own small & sundry items, we can supply all the packing materials which are tailor-made for the job.
Whatever you require, the choice is yours!

If you choose to pack the smalls and breakables yourself, we can supply all the boxes and packing materials that you will need. These can be delivered well in advance of your move to give you plenty of time and not have a last minute rush. The cartons are flat and do not take up much room until you need them. They simply need to be taped, with the tape supplied.
Packing Materials
We can supply a wide range of packing materials for your move.
Standard cartons – china, glass, pots & pans, linen etc
Book / small cartons – books, CD’s, DVD’s, heavier kitchen items etc
Wardrobe cartons – our staff will normally pack all your hanging clothes as part of a standard ‘Owner Pack’ move but you may have them in advance if, for instance you are dismantling or selling your wardrobes.
Plain paper – packing breakables – no dirty glasses to wash after the move.
Bubble Wrap – more delicate items
Acid free tissue paper – lead crystal and silver – no damage through tarnishing etc which can happen if stored in boxes for any length of time.
